The trouble comes as a reseller listing a Bruno Mars ticket said she was blindsided by the fees Ticketmaster stacked above her listed price. Rival SeatGeek, meanwhile, introduced a new tool called TourIQ, a forecasting tool aimed at live event sellers, making a case for itself as an option at a time when confidence in Ticketmaster is taking hits.
